"When one has made a decision...even if it will be very difficult to succeed by advancing straight ahead, it will not do to think about going at it in a long roundabout way. One's heart may slacken, he may miss his chance, and by and large there will be no success. The Way...is one of immediacy, and it is best to dash in headlong"

Monday Workout:

Still have some soreness from the weekend, so taking it easy today. Went to FFC early this morning and ran 1.5 miles and did 15 minutes on the elliptical (yes I know very anti-Crossfit of me). Wanted to loosen up and still need to lose about 5 lbs. for the meet in a few weeks, so may try to do some extra cardio here and there. Will try to make it to yoga tonight, which should help with the soreness. Planning on going into CFC early tomorrow to do the last Performance Challenge workout and then olympic lifting at night. Glad for the short Thanksgiving week!

Did hot yoga for an hour after work. Legs were shot but felt good to get some good stretches in. Everything was still sore today--felt much better Tuesday morning.
