"When one has made a decision...even if it will be very difficult to succeed by advancing straight ahead, it will not do to think about going at it in a long roundabout way. One's heart may slacken, he may miss his chance, and by and large there will be no success. The Way...is one of immediacy, and it is best to dash in headlong"

Tuesday Workout, 5:45a @ CFC:

Feeling pretty tired Tuesday morning, dragging.

Warmup for the workout:
Back Squat
45x8
95x5
115x3
135x3
155x3
185x2
205x2
225x2

Old Mainsite Workout:
20 min. AMRAP
7 back squats (#185)
10 overhead walking lunges, right hand, #45 dumbbell
7 burpees
10 overhead walking lunges, left hand, #45 dumbbell

6 rounds + 7 back squats

I've done this one before, and think I got about the same number of reps this time around--just feeling tired Tuesday morning. This went slowly, but good workout–-long time domain and moderately heavy loads. Having some flexibility issues with getting my knee to the ground on the lunges, as well as feeling comfortable at the bottom of the squat. First and last rounds of back squats unbroken, split the rest into 4-3.

Slept from about 10:30p-6:30a on Tuesday night, so feeling pretty good today. Performance challenge workout #2 tonight, hammies are tight from the squats yesterday but should feel okay once I get warmed up.
